Enviroshake and Brava copy real cedar shingles and shakes down to the grain, but they do not swell, rot, or spit out their nails. You keep the architectural look and stop redoing the roof every few years.

Cedar wants a cool, damp climate. Here it swells in the rain, shrinks in the heat, and works its nails loose until shingles slide off. We replace it with synthetic that takes the same weather and does not move.

Will synthetic really look like real cedar?
Yes. Enviroshake and Brava copy the grain and colour of cedar shingles and shakes. We will show you installed roofs and let you decide up close.
Will it survive a hurricane?
Our systems are installed to [REPLACE: wind rating] mph. We build the roof for the storm we actually get, not the one on paper.
Do you repair tile and Bermuda roofs, or only replace?
We repair and maintain Spanish tile and Bermuda roofs, as well as doing full replacements when that is the better call.
What about my flat roof?
A heat-welded single-ply membrane seals a flat or low-slope roof into one continuous surface, with no exposed seams to fail.
Do you still do coatings?
Yes, for existing roofs, concrete slabs, and Bermuda-roof upkeep. We will also tell you when a coating is a short-term fix and a new roof would cost less over time.
What warranty comes with the roof?

Steel Construction Ltd came first, putting up metal buildings and structural steel across the islands. New Providence Roofing & Coatings Ltd followed, covering everything from synthetic cedar to flat-roof membrane. Same family, same island, same standard.
