A complete prefab building, or a structural-steel package for a more complex job.
Both erected by our own crews.
Prefabricated metal buildings
Warehouses and commercial buildings. You get the whole shell enclosure: frame, roof, and walls, everything but the plumbing and wiring. Weather-tight and finished, not a kit left in your yard.
Structural steel packages
For a more complex build, bring us the architect’s plans and the structural engineer’s drawings. We manage it through shop drawings, fabrication, and erection, and hand back finished steel.

The supplier who goes quiet
You send the deposit to an offshore broker and then the updates stop. The engineering never arrives, the deadline slips, and the penalty is yours. We are on-island with a named contact who picks up the phone.
Built to the bare minimum
Buildings sat right at the code minimum are the ones that fail when the weather goes past the norm. We build to [REPLACE: wind rating] mph, above the code minimum, so the margin is on your side.
Panels that don’t last
Panels rolled on-site and fixed with cheap fasteners fade, corrode, and bring you back for callbacks. Factory-manufactured panels hold tighter tolerances and stand up to salt air for the long haul.

The low bid wins the job once. The callbacks, the leaks, and the storm-season repairs cost you every year after. We quote the building that is cheapest to own, not the one that is cheapest to sign.

Do you deliver to the Out Islands?
Yes. We supply and erect across New Providence, Grand Bahama, and the Family Islands, and we handle the shipping and logistics.
What wind rating do you build to?
We build to [REPLACE: wind rating] mph as standard, above the code minimum, and higher on request for exposed sites.
How long from order to erected building?

Can you work from our architect’s drawings?

One Bahamian family, two companies
Steel Construction Ltd came first, putting up metal buildings and structural steel across the islands. New Providence Roofing & Coatings Ltd followed, covering everything from synthetic cedar to flat-roof membrane. Same family, same island, same standard.
We are local and family-run, judged by the buildings still standing and the roofs still keeping the rain out years later, because we are the ones who have to answer for them.
